About The Position

PruittHealth is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to help patients improve mobility, restore function, and achieve greater independence. The role provides physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist in a post-acute care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and therapy setting. The position is available full time, part time, or PRN at 2709 South Main Street, Moultrie, Georgia. Compensation is up to $100,000 annually, based on experience, schedule, and location. Requirements

Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Rehabilitation or post-acute care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, and mobility activities.
Monitor patient performance and communicate progress to the supervising Physical Therapist.
Support rehabilitation goals through individualized treatment interventions.
Complete accurate and timely documentation.
Educate patients and families on safety and mobility strategies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
