Requirements

• Demonstrate attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in an outpatient and sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
