About The Position
Endeavor Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team in Manor, Texas. This is a full-time position in an outpatient setting focused on community-centered care. The role involves treating a diverse outpatient population, helping patients recover from injuries, improve mobility, reduce pain, and regain confidence. Clinicians work collaboratively, focusing on clinical excellence, and benefit from the resources, continuing education, and growth opportunities within the H2 Health network. The Manor location serves the greater Austin area.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
- Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.
- Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.
- Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
- Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
- Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
