Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Valid state license.

Responsibilities

Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and complete timely, thorough documentation.
Educate patients and families about treatment options, rehabilitation techniques, and preventative measures.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support holistic patient care.
Help create a welcoming and supportive care environment where patients feel comfortable and motivated.
