About The Position

We are an in-house, family-owned therapy organization — not a contract therapy company. Our therapy teams are clinician-led and clinician-supported, so you can focus on what you were trained to do — delivering meaningful, patient-centered care that changes lives. Sprenger Therapy is the in-house rehabilitation team for Sprenger Health Care Systems — a third-generation, family-owned senior living organization operating 12 skilled nursing facilities across Ohio and South Carolina. This isn’t contract therapy. This is a career.

Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current PT license or license-eligible
Commitment to patient-first, outcomes-driven care
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
Provide physical therapy services focused on restoring mobility, strength, function, and independence
Conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention
Supervise and collaborate with PTA staff as applicable
Initiate referrals when appropriate in accordance with department procedures
Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes
