About The Position

Requirements

• Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
• Enjoy working in geriatrics.
• Current Physical Therapy license.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation and wellness services to patients within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC).
• Treat patients across the continuum of care, including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, On-campus Home Health, and Outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best patient care.
• Engage in clinical practice, with opportunities for management roles.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
