Full-time Physical Therapist
About The Position
Christian Village at Mt. Healthy, a faith-based senior living community in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join its therapy team. The role involves supporting residents’ physical and mental well-being in a person-centered, supportive environment and working with residents, families, and a compassionate team of professionals. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered to direct applicants only. The Physical Therapist screens, evaluates, and re-evaluates patients, plans for discharge, and revises established plans of care under physician supervision. The therapist may also supervise Physical Therapy Assistants. The position requires an active state license and completion of required screenings, certifications, and licensure requirements, which may vary by location.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
- Certification and licensure as required by state and national board associations.
- Active state license.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures and clinical programs, with application skills across therapy disciplines.
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure; screening requirements may vary by location.
