Requirements
- Physical Therapist license (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree + 2 years relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
- Certification or License (Required)

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs.
