Requirements

• Current license as Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Improve the lives of seniors.
• Maintain flexibility in schedule.
• Market the clinic.
• Perform own scheduling.
• Work independently.
• Treat residents Monday-Friday – no evenings or weekends.
• Treat residents in their room or in an on-site outpatient clinic.
• Provide patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with teams that value expertise and dedication.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration for providing the best patient care.
