Physical Therapist - Outpatient
About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team within a dynamic retirement community. This position offers the opportunity to provide individualized, evidence-based care in our on-campus outpatient gym, serving residents from independent living, assisted living, memory care, and surrounding community populations. The role focuses on helping patients improve mobility, function, strength, and overall quality of life through comprehensive evaluations, personalized treatment plans, and collaborative care. With all services provided on campus, therapists can focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes in a convenient and supportive environment.
Requirements
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
- Active or pending state physical therapist license
- New Graduates welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, evidence-based care in an on-campus outpatient gym.
- Serve residents from independent living, assisted living, memory care, and surrounding community populations.
- Help patients improve mobility, function, strength, and overall quality of life.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations.
- Develop personalized treatment plans.
- Engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team.
