About The Position

This is a Physical Therapist position located in Salem, OR. The role requires the therapist to complete documentation directly with ATI before being cleared for their assignment. For ATI, a compact license is acceptable initially, but a permanent license must be obtained immediately. For SC, only a permanent license is accepted; compact licenses are not valid. Candidates who have worked perm/PRN at ATI within the last year are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year. Previous ATI travelers or perm/PRN staff from more than a year ago require eligibility confirmation from Katrina. A completion bonus is offered for anyone who can start by October 1st: $3k for 13 weeks or $6k for 26 weeks. The position is for 13-week assignments. Equipment will be provided. Parking will be provided on the first day. Dress code details will be provided on the first day.

Requirements

Active PERM license (for SC)
Active compact license (initially acceptable for ATI, with immediate PERM acquisition required)
Experience in setting
BLS/BCLS certification
Previous ATI work history must be more than one year prior to submission date or candidate must have been separated for one year to be eligible for rehire.
