About The Position

Join a thriving, patient-focused chiropractic practice in Salem, OR that has been serving the community for over 8 years. We're seeking a licensed Chiropractor who is passionate about helping patients improve their health through hands-on care. Whether you're an experienced doctor or a recent graduate eager to learn, we provide mentorship, a supportive team, and opportunities for long-term professional growth. 4 day work week with 3 days off- either Mon-Thurs or Tues-Friday.

Responsibilities

Perform chiropractic evaluations, adjustments, and personalized treatment plans (Manual Therapy, Rehab exercises, and corrective care)
Review patient histories, X-rays, and progress to deliver high-quality care.
Educate patients on posture, stretching, rehabilitation exercises, and home care.
Complete accurate daily documentation and chart notes.
Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed.
Work closely with chiropractic assistants and massage therapists to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
Build lasting relationships with patients through compassionate, individualized care.
Follow clinic protocols while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and continuing professional development.
