This role is for a Physical Therapist at an Occupational Health Clinic, working 40 hours per week. The position involves assessing, planning, organizing, and participating in rehabilitative programs to improve patient mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformity. Physical Therapists will also educate patients, families, and caregivers on preventing further injury or impairment. The role includes performing patient assessments, developing and implementing therapy programs for patients of all ages, evaluating treatment effectiveness, ensuring accurate documentation and billing, and coordinating care with the healthcare team. The therapist will also supervise PTAs and support personnel, participate in student clinical education, develop health promotion programs, and adhere to APTA standards. A commitment to patient safety, quality care, and ethical compliance is expected.
