About The Position

Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient and caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed. This is a part-time PRN role in the Rehab Resource Pool at the Grand Rapids Hospital, with variable daytime hours between 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. The schedule is four hours per week, Monday through Friday, with no weekend work indicated.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Michigan Physical Therapist license required upon hire.
• Michigan driver's license required upon hire for Home Care Business Lines.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required within 90 days.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree preferred.
• Six months of relevant experience preferred.
