About The Position

Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient and caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed. This PRN outpatient position is part time, based at the Musculoskeletal Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan, within the Rehab Resource Pool. The day shift schedule is 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; weekly scheduled hours are 4. Preferred candidates have pelvic health experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Michigan Physical Therapist license required upon hire.
• Michigan driver's license required upon hire for Home Care business lines.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required within 90 days.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree.
• Six months of relevant experience.
• Pelvic health experience.
