About The Position

Results Physiotherapy with Ascension - Saint Thomas, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedic care in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The role provides as-needed coverage at one clinic or floats across two to three clinic locations. Physical Therapists develop individualized, evidence-based care plans and provide high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy to help patients recover movement and return to activities they enjoy. The position offers a collaborative, supportive clinical environment and opportunities to continue learning and potentially transition to a full-time or part-time role. Upstream clinicians are supported by a generative AI documentation scribe that creates compliant clinical documentation in real time.

Requirements

• Graduate or upcoming graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent.
• Active or pending Kentucky Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide as-needed coverage at a single clinic location or float across two to three clinic locations in Bowling Green.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for patients.
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy.
