About The Position
We are looking for a motivated Physical therapist to join our practice Full time in Las Vegas NV. We are looking for a PT who enjoys working with people, helping them reach their health goals, and is good with manual therapy and providing high quality comprehensive care to patients of all therapy needs. We are looking for a therapist who can do rehabilitation work with injured federal workers/work comp patients. We are a multidisciplinary, integrated practice which consists of several diverse healthcare professionals working together for our patient’s complete healthcare needs. Our multidisciplinary and holistic approach to patient care is innovative and relevant in today’s rapidly changing healthcare environment. We have experts in physical medicine, rehabilitation, pain management, chiropractic care, who approach patient care from different angles, leading to comprehensive treatment plans, improved patient satisfaction, and improved patient quality of life!
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Physical therapy Program
- PT license in NV
Nice To Haves
- Manual therapy skills
- Experience with injured federal workers/work comp patients
Responsibilities
- Patient initial exam/evaluation and re-examinations
- Review pertinent medical records/imaging/reports
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient evals
- Referral to other services as needed
- Patient education- home care, exercises, and therapy options
- Provide high quality physical therapy
- Timely and accurate documentation
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaboration with the other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care plans
