About The Position
Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Physical Therapists for PRN positions in Denver, Colorado, and surrounding areas. The organization provides neurological rehabilitation in patients’ homes and communities, treating traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neurological or complex orthopedic diagnoses. Interdisciplinary teams develop integrated, individualized treatment plans, using creative activities to address functional goals and support durable outcomes. Therapists work one-on-one with patients across the continuum of recovery, from severe brain injury through job readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience treating neurologically related disorders.
- Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and coworkers.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat impairments involving lower-extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, and environmental safety needs.
