About The Position
Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered neurological rehabilitation in Mesquite, Texas, and surrounding areas. The organization treats people with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, CVAs, and other neurological or complex orthopedic diagnoses in their homes and communities. Therapists work one-on-one with patients as part of interdisciplinary teams that create integrated treatment plans and use creative, evidence-based activities to address functional goals and support durable outcomes. Positions are available on a PRN basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience treating neurologically related disorders.
- Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and coworkers.
Nice To Haves
- Spinal cord injury experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat impairments, including lower-extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive-equipment needs, and environmental-safety needs.
