Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the position
• Ability to collaborate in team meetings to support client needs.
• Ability to teach staff and patients/residents/clients/families
• Demonstrates ability to work as a team member
• Ability to promote a collaborative and team approach
• Ability to establish/maintain satisfactory working relationships
• Ability to be self directed and work relatively independently
• Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists (SCPT)
• Ability to travel when required

Nice To Haves

• Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement

Responsibilities

• Assessing, developing and delivering physiotherapy services using a family focused approach.
• Participates in directing, supervising and evaluating of physiotherapy students.
• Assist in client's treatment plans and ensure treatment plan carryover.
