About The Position

Preferred Therapy Solutions is hiring a Physical Therapist for its sub-acute/skilled nursing rehabilitation department in Naugatuck, Connecticut. The position is available full time (30–40 hours) or part time (24–29 hours). A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for the full-time position. The role provides comprehensive, compassionate therapy services in a skilled nursing setting, working collaboratively with rehabilitation therapists and nursing staff to support residents in reaching their highest level of independence.

Requirements

• Hold a current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state of employment.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.
