Join a Home Health Leader with 50 Years of Service. For 50 years, VNA of Florida has provided trusted home health care throughout Florida. We are seeking compassionate Physical Therapists (PTs) who enjoy working independently while making a meaningful difference in patients' lives. This role involves making skilled home health care visits in Palm Beach County with a weekend schedule.
Requirements
- Active Florida PT License
- Strong assessment and treatment skills
- Ability to work independently

Responsibilities
- Complete in-home physical therapy evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Improve mobility, strength, balance, and function

- Maintain clinical documentation
