About The Position
For 50 years, VNA of Florida has provided trusted home health care throughout Florida. We are seeking compassionate Physical Therapists (PTs) who enjoy working independently while making a meaningful difference in patients' lives. This role involves completing in-home physical therapy evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, improving mobility, strength, balance, and function, educating patients and caregivers, coordinating care with physicians and clinicians, and maintaining clinical documentation.
Requirements
- Active Florida PT License
- Strong assessment and treatment skills
- Ability to work independently
