About The Position

This role involves completing in-home evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, balance, and function, educating patients and caregivers, coordinating care with physicians and clinicians, and maintaining clinical documentation. Requirements
- Active Florida PT License
- Strong assessment and treatment skills
