About The Position
Inova Physical Therapy Center – Prosperity is looking for a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. This role will be a Full-Time, Day Shift. Our clinic hours are Monday - Thursday 7am-7pm, Friday 7am-4pm requiring 2 evening shifts until 7pm. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
- Physical Therapist upon start
- BLS through the American Heart Association upon start
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates essential skill competencies in the use of treatment modalities, equipment, and protocols.
- Performs re-evaluations according to department guidelines while adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
- Adheres to department policies regarding the timeframe, form, and content of written evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Gives appropriate instruction and supervision to assistive personnel consistent with program/clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts.
