About The Position

EmergeOrtho is hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time or part-time outpatient orthopedic role at its private-practice clinic in Shallotte, North Carolina. The position treats patients of all ages with a general orthopedic caseload. Full-time clinicians should expect to treat 10 to 11 patients per day. The organization supports new graduates through mentoring and encourages clinicians to develop a specialty or earn a certification.

Full-time work is preferred, with 40 hours per week available. Candidates available for 24 hours per week across three weekdays will also be considered. The clinic is open Monday through Friday and offers flexible schedules of either four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days. Weekend and major-holiday work is not required.

Typical full-time earnings are $80,000 to $115,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. A productivity bonus is available, along with sign-on and retention bonuses advertised as totaling more than $50,000.

Requirements

• Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy or equivalent standing.
• Eligible for or currently licensed in North Carolina as a Physical Therapist.
