About The Position

EmergeOrtho is hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic position at its private-practice clinic in Swansboro, North Carolina. The role treats patients of all ages with a general orthopedic caseload. Developing a specialty or certification is encouraged and supported, and new graduates will receive support and mentorship. Full-time clinicians should expect to treat 10 to 11 patients per day. Full-time work is preferred, with 40 hours per week available. Candidates available for 24 hours per week across three weekdays will also be considered. Scheduling is flexible, with the option of four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days. The clinic is open Monday through Friday; weekends and major holidays are not required. Typical full-time clinician earnings are $80,000 to $115,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. A productivity bonus is available, and the posting advertises more than $50,000 in sign-on and retention bonuses.

Requirements

Graduate with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent standing.
Be eligible for or currently hold a North Carolina Physical Therapist license.
Be available for either the preferred 40 hours per week or, alternatively, 24 hours across three weekdays.
