About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist for its outpatient orthopedic team in Columbus, Indiana. The therapist will treat a diverse caseload of patients across age groups and diagnoses, including acute and chronic conditions, post-operative cases, vestibular and concussion rehabilitation, and sports performance. The clinic offers 1:1 mentorship for new graduates, orientation and mentorship programs, continuing education opportunities, and pathways to explore specialties and advance clinically. The role supports patients in returning to athletics, work, daily life, and activities they enjoy.

Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
