About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is hiring a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist for its outpatient team in Redwood City, California. The clinic features a spacious, light-filled gym with large windows and an open floor plan, and is located near downtown Redwood City with convenient parking and access to restaurants. Flexible scheduling is available Monday through Friday, with no weekends required. New graduates receive dedicated one-to-one mentorship.

The salary range is $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience. The role offers a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000, a $350 monthly student debt benefit, and relocation assistance. Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current physical therapist license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure in that state.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Evaluate and treat patients, direct their treatment, and document care.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
