About The Position

We collaborate with organizations such as Emory Health, Powerback, HopCo, Providence, Evergreen, Scripps, UCLA, and AARP to deliver exceptional healthcare. We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide outpatient therapy services in patients’ homes. This role offers a competitive per-visit rate, minimal administrative work, and the opportunity for unlimited earning potential.
Requirements
- State-specific PT license
- Reliable, personal transportation
- Liability insurance
- CPR/BLS certification
Nice To Haves
- Specialty in Geriatrics, Home Health, Neurology, Orthopedics, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine, or Sports Medicine.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services in patients' homes.
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions via the Luna app.
- Prescribe and monitor patient workouts using the Luna app.
- Utilize Luna Auto-Charting to automate documentation.
- Ensure patient safety and a convenient experience using Luna's Safety Shield.
