About The Position

We partner with over 3000 PTs, offering them flexibility, autonomy, and 1:1 patient care to help avoid burnout and renew hope in their profession. We collaborate with prominent organizations such as Emory Health, Powerback, HopCo, Providence, Evergreen, Scripps, UCLA, and AARP. We are actively hiring licensed Physical Therapists to provide outpatient therapy services in patients’ homes. This role offers competitive per-visit pay, minimal administrative work, and the opportunity to set your own schedule.

Requirements

• State-specific PT license
• Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS certification

Nice To Haves

• Specialty in Geriatrics, Home Health, Neurology, Orthopedics, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine, or Sports Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in patients' homes.
• Deliver 1:1 patient care.
• Utilize Luna Auto-Charting for documentation.
• Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app.
• Ensure patient safety and a convenient experience.
