About The Position

They partner with various healthcare organizations and are seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide outpatient therapy services in patients' homes. They utilize technology such as Auto-Charting, Safety Shield, Luna Exercises app, and geofencing to enhance the therapist and patient experience.

Requirements

• State-specific PT license
• Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS certification

Nice To Haves

• Specialty in Geriatrics, Home Health, Neurology, Orthopedics, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine, or Sports Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services in patients' homes.
