About The Position

Life Enriching Communities is seeking a licensed, compassionate Physical Therapist to provide tailored therapy to residents at its Twin Towers senior living community in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role focuses on helping older adults regain strength and independence through individualized therapy plans aligned with each resident’s goals. The therapist collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being and works in a supportive, welcoming community with patient care ratios designed to support quality time with residents. The position is PRN, as needed. The organization is a not-for-profit senior living provider whose values include respect, innovation, spirituality, and excellence. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

Two years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform and document initial examinations and ongoing evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Use manual techniques and therapeutic interventions to relieve pain and increase physical ability.
Measure motor function, strength, and endurance.
Monitor resident progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
Ensure compliance with ethical, professional, and legal standards.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ well-being.
