About The Position

Integrity Rehab Group, an industry-leading therapy management company, partners with physician practices across the nation. In partnership with Cape Fear Valley Health Center, formerly Cape Fear Orthopedics, the company provides outpatient orthopedic therapy services to the Fayetteville, North Carolina community. The team is seeking a Physical Therapist committed to delivering a remarkable patient experience through patient-centered care and comprehensive, evidence-based treatment. The role involves working in collaboration with physician partners to support exceptional patient outcomes and a positive healing environment. The position offers a 40-minute appointment schedule model and flexible work schedules.

Requirements

Current or pending North Carolina physical therapy license.
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered outpatient orthopedic physical therapy using comprehensive, evidence-based treatment.
Work collaboratively with physician partners to support exceptional patient outcomes and a positive atmosphere for patient healing.
