About The Position

UW Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for sports rehabilitation at East Madison Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin. The role guides patients of all ages through rehabilitation after specialized sports surgeries, assesses athletes for return to sport, and provides specialty services using video analysis of sports biomechanics. The Physical Therapist coordinates and collaborates with sports primary care physicians, sports orthopedic surgeons, and sports performance staff.

This is a part-time, per diem, day-shift position. Shifts are scheduled between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Fridays; weekdays may vary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within three months.

• Two years of prior relevant experience preferred.
