About The Position

UW Health is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist to provide sports rehabilitation services at East Madison Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin. The therapist guides patients of all ages through rehabilitation programs following specialized sports surgeries, coordinates care with sports primary care physicians and sports orthopedic surgeons, and collaborates with sports performance staff. The role also provides specialty services using video analysis of sport biomechanics and assesses athletes’ readiness to return to their sport.

This part-time, per diem position is on the day shift. Weekdays may vary, with shifts scheduled between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday and between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Fridays. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months.

• Two years of prior relevant experience.
