About The Position

Provides patient/resident therapy evaluations and/or treatments according to established policies and procedures for pediatric to geriatric patients in an outpatient setting with an ortho, neuro, and general medical patient caseload. This position will cover shifts in outpatient Physical Therapy.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years current Physical Therapy experience
• Outpatient experience
• Active American Heart Association BLS
• New Hampshire Physical Therapy license
• Physical Therapy skills checklist
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference, from the past year of employment
• All licenses/certs must be current and in hand at time of submission
• Permanent address must be included in submission file

• Inpatient experience

Responsibilities
