About The Position

Our services and innovative programs encompass a wide variety of conditions, from stroke to recovering from orthopaedic surgery. If you're an athlete, we can assist you to get back to your favorite sport. Our goal is to give you individualized care for a safe, effective recovery in the shortest period of time. Rehabilitation services provides inpatient and outpatient care including: Arthritis treatment, Compression garment measurements, Craniosacral therapy, Ergonomics, Functional capacity evaluations, Gait disturbances, Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) for Parkinson's, Lymphedema treatment, Neurological disorders treatment, Occupational therapy for upper extremities, Orthopedics, Orthotic fabrications (temporary and permanent), Pelvic therapy-incontinence rehabilitation (male and female), Physical therapy, Post-concussion treatment, Post-surgical therapy, Splint fabrication, Speech therapy (language and swallowing disorders), Vestibular and balance services. EMR - EPIC.

Requirements

2+ years Outpatient PT experience
Traveler's perm address must be included in profile
Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
Any/All RTO must be included in profile.
ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION.
New Hampshire PT License or Compact - Must be uploaded with profile
Active American Heart Association BLS

Responsibilities

Must work TWO blocks (if scheduled/needed): Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and weekend after Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after New Year Eve through New Year Day and weekend after.
Provide outpatient physical therapy services.
Cover holiday shifts if required.
