About The Position

PruittHealth is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to help patients restore mobility, improve function, and achieve greater independence in a skilled nursing setting. The therapist evaluates patients with orthopedic, neurological, and mobility-related conditions; develops and delivers individualized treatment plans; tracks progress and adjusts interventions; and documents care. The role also involves collaborating with clinical colleagues and educating patients and families about rehabilitation goals and home exercise programs. Compensation is listed as up to $130,000 annually, based on experience, schedule, and location.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice.
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
Foreign-trained applicants must possess credentials deemed substantially equivalent by the applicable credentialing organization.

Nice To Haves

Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, or post-acute care is preferred.
New graduates are welcome where applicable.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients with orthopedic, neurological, and mobility-related conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Improve patients’ strength, balance, gait, endurance, and overall functional mobility.
Monitor patient progress and modify interventions as needed.
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
