About The Position

This is a unique opportunity for a full-time, licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to serve as a PT consultant supporting employees at partner worksites through virtual consults and quarterly on-site visits. The role involves working closely with approximately 20 client locations, primarily in the manufacturing industry. The PT will support employees by traveling to their location quarterly and through virtual musculoskeletal evaluations. The focus is on first-aid-level evaluations, early intervention guidance, and clinical triage, helping employees address musculoskeletal issues early and identifying when referral for medical care or formal PT is needed. This position offers autonomy, relationship-building, and variety, with the opportunity to work closely with an executive support team and contribute to a rapidly expanding service line. Requirements

  • Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
  • State license as a Physical Therapist.
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of CO.
  • 3+ years of experience.
  • Outpatient Orthopedics or Occupational Health experience is preferred.
  • Must live within an hour of the Denver International Airport.
  • Strong independent clinical judgment and triage (red/yellow flag awareness).
  • Comfortable engaging with employees at all levels, including leadership.
  • Able to build strong relationships with patients.
  • Willingness to travel and support multiple worksites.
  • Full-time: 40 hours or more per week is required.

  • OCS is a plus.
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities
