About The Position
Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide concierge-style consults for employees at partner worksites through virtual visits and quarterly on-site travel. This role focuses on early intervention, first-aid–level evaluations, and clinical triage rather than traditional ongoing patient care. Ideal for a PT who values autonomy, flexibility, relationship-building, and variety. Hybrid schedule with 25–33% travel, competitive salary, bonus potential, and full benefits.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of CO.
- Must reside or plan to reside within 1 hour of the Denver International Airport.
- Full-time, 40+ hours per week.
- 3+ years of experience.
- Strong independent clinical judgment and triage (red/yellow flag awareness).
- Comfortable engaging with employees at all levels, including leadership.
- Willingness to travel and support multiple worksites.
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient Orthopedics or Occupational Health experience is preferred.
- OCS a plus.
- Spanish-speaking is a plus.
