About The Position
Our outpatient Therapy Center in Ridgefield, CT is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing multidisciplinary team focused on orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation. This is a unique opportunity to work in a supportive, hands-on clinical environment alongside Board-Certified Clinical Specialists while treating a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting designed around quality care-not volume. Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Connecticut (or eligible)
- Strong interest in orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation
- Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Passion for patient-centered, high-quality care

- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
- Educate patients and caregivers to support long-term success and independence
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinical environment
