This is a unique opportunity for a Staff Physical Therapist to support two growing clinic locations in Oneonta, AL and Kimball,TN. Requirements

Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
Active or pending state physical therapist license

Responsibilities

Support two growing clinic locations.
Build relationships with patients and staff across both communities.
Treat musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, including non-surgical and post-operative care, joint, spine, and sport-specific rehab.
Provide specialty care for patients with pelvic health dysfunction, neurological, dizziness, and balance disorders.
Focus on patient care with advanced documentation technology.
Participate in in-person team-based learning sessions once per month.
Co-treat with experienced PT ½ day quarterly.
Ramp up caseload gradually.
Maintain caseload diversity with a review of Prediction Health data.
Review and discuss “components of a successful note” from Prediction Health.
Receive regular checkpoints, communication, and guidance through professional challenges.
Receive additional onboarding with online WebPT Tutorials.
Education and review of effective billing practices.
Front office tutorial.
Mentoring with owners of J&H reviewing mission/values.
