About The Position

PAM Health is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist to provide care to a diverse patient population at Orange City Rehab. The role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work with patients from admission through discharge, build relationships with them, focus on individual goals, and follow their rehabilitation progress. The ideal candidate has prior inpatient hospital experience or is committed to learning. The therapist is responsible for patient management and for the delivery, direction, and supervision of care in an age-appropriate manner. Care must align with the Physical Therapy Practice Act of the state where the hospital or clinic is located, the professional code of ethics, and PAM Health policies, procedures, and guidelines. PAM Health Orange City opened in 2025 and features Tyromotion equipment, spacious patient rooms, inpatient and outpatient therapy gyms, and an outdoor therapy area for ambulation, stair training, and functional mobility. Requirements

Physical Therapist license in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
Current BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

One year of clinical experience is preferred.
Prior inpatient hospital experience, or a desire and commitment to learn.

Responsibilities

Manage patients and provide care in an age-appropriate manner.
Deliver, direct, and supervise physical therapy care consistent with the applicable state Physical Therapy Practice Act, professional code of ethics, and PAM Health policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Work with patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, from admission through discharge, and support their individual goals.
Help develop and participate in disease-specific programs.
