About The Position
Sport Ortho Urgent Care is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their Outpatient Orthopedic Model team in Antioch, TN. They emphasize providing high-quality conservative musculoskeletal care without burnout, offering a manageable caseload of an average of 10 patients per day. This allows therapists to practice at the top of their license, spend meaningful time with patients, and achieve better outcomes. The clinic utilizes Physical Therapists as direct access providers, making them the front line of musculoskeletal care within a fully integrated orthopedic model. The core focus is serving patients through conservative care in musculoskeletal health.
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapy license (required)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Master’s degree (required)
- CPR certification

- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest quality conservative musculoskeletal care.
- Practice at the top of your license.
- Spend meaningful time with patients.
- Achieve better outcomes for patients.
- Serve as a direct access provider for musculoskeletal care.
- Work within a fully integrated orthopedic model.
- Collaborate with Orthopedic Advanced Practice Providers (PA/NPs), Physical Therapy Assistants, and Orthopedic Surgeons.
- Utilize in-house imaging, regenerative medicine, sports medicine, and urgent orthopedic care.
