About The Position

Empower Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist to join its growing team in Wasilla, AK. The practice was founded on a simple belief: that healing begins when patients are truly heard, and that movement done right can heal. Empower was created to replace the cold, overcrowded, assembly-line model of therapy with something better. Care is personal here, wins are celebrated, and both patients and clinicians feel the difference. You will treat patients of all ages in a general outpatient orthopedic setting, with vestibular rehabilitation also part of the caseload. A pelvic health caseload is available for interested candidates. All care is delivered one-on-one in 45-minute sessions with no patient overlap unless you as the treating therapist determine it is clinically appropriate. Full-time clinicians can expect to see 44 patients per week. You will have full autonomy over your schedule. This is a staff-level position with a path to management available for candidates who want it. New graduate Physical Therapists are fully supported and will receive structured mentorship.

Requirements

• Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
• State license as a Physical Therapist.
• Eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Alaska.
• Full-time availability of 40 hours preferred.
• Part-time consideration for candidates available at least 16 hours across 2 weekdays.

Nice To Haves

• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required.
• New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply and will receive full mentorship support.
