We are currently hiring a Physical Therapist to join our Fishersville clinic, with an additional opportunity available at our Waynesboro location for interested candidates. Requirements
- Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
- State license as a Physical Therapist.
- Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for patient-centered care.
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient ortho experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Treat a broad mix of orthopedic, post-surgical, geriatric, and athletic patients.
- Focus on quality care with manageable caseloads of 1 to 2 patients per hour.
- Utilize AI Documentation to aid in patient care.
- Engage in ongoing clinic mentorship.
- Provide evidence-based, outcome-focused care.
- Utilize proven manual therapy techniques.
