About The Position

A Full Time (30 hours) Physical Therapist, (PT/RPT), position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Pittsfield, MA treating both inpatient and outpatient. The facility has an additional small outpatient clinic on grounds. The facility is a 5-star rated sub-acute/skilled nursing facility located in the beautiful Berkshires in Pittsfield, MA. It offers short-term, long-term, and outpatient rehab services in a spacious state-of-the art gym featuring a full practice kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and walk-in-shower, and a separate private therapy room for one-on-one treatment. The rehabilitation department functions as a supportive team to promote best outcomes and patient success. Preferred Therapy Solutions is owned and operated by therapists, focuses on appropriate and ethical patient care, and understands what therapists need to be successful. Requirements

• Possess a current Physical Therapist, (PT / RPT), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting.
