About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract assignment in Medford, OR. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality patient care and improving mobility, function, and overall quality of life for individuals across diverse patient populations.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in outpatient or clinical settings
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- New graduates and first-time travelers are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician referrals
- Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, strength, balance, and coordination
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
