About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in Smyrna, Tennessee. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical setting while delivering high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or compact license)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Minimum of 1–2 years of recent clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement physical therapy programs to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and recovery plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility standards
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
